How to uninstall QuickBooks from your PC

QuickBooks is a Windows application. Read below about how to remove it from your PC. It is developed by Intuit Canada ULC. Further information on Intuit Canada ULC can be seen here. Please follow if you want to read more on QuickBooks on Intuit Canada ULC's page. The application is often found in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Intuit\QuickBooks 2020 directory (same installation drive as Windows). You can uninstall QuickBooks by clicking on the Start menu of Windows and pasting the command line MsiExec.exe /I{88C0857B-7734-4EA5-A7D9-636DF8622B63}. Keep in mind that you might get a notification for admin rights. QBW32PremierAccountant.exe is the QuickBooks's primary executable file and it occupies about 776.32 KB (794952 bytes) on disk.

A way to delete QuickBooks from your computer with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

QuickBooks is a program marketed by Intuit Canada ULC. Sometimes, computer users want to erase this program. This can be easier said than done because deleting this by hand requires some skill related to Windows program uninstallation. One of the best EASY action to erase QuickBooks is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and general tool to optimize your computer.

  • navigate to Download Link
  • download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to admire the program's design and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good Windows tool.

3. Press the General Tools category

4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature

5. A list of the applications installed on your PC will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find QuickBooks or simply activate the Search field and type in "QuickBooks". If it is installed on your PC the QuickBooks app will be found automatically. Notice that when you select QuickBooks in the list of programs, the following data regarding the program is available to you:


  • Star rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other people have regarding QuickBooks, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information regarding the app you are about to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will show up. accept the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove QuickBooks.

8. After uninstalling QuickBooks, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items of QuickBooks which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing QuickBooks using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your PC.

Your PC will remain clean, speedy and able to run without errors or problems.
