How to uninstall QuickBooks from your computer

QuickBooks is a Windows application. How to uninstall QuickBooks with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

QuickBooks is a program by Intuit Canada ULC. Some users try to remove it. Sometimes this is hard because doing this manually takes some experience regarding Windows program uninstallation. The best EASY way to remove QuickBooks is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows PC, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and general tool to take care of your Windows system.

  • go to Download Link
  • download the program by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good system utility.

3. Click on the General Tools category

4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature

5. All the programs installed on the PC will appear

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find QuickBooks or simply activate the Search feature and type in "QuickBooks". If it is installed on your PC the QuickBooks app will be found automatically. Notice that when you click QuickBooks in the list of apps, the following information about the program is shown to you:


  • Star rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other users have about QuickBooks, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Details about the application you want to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. Confirm the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall QuickBooks.

8. After removing QuickBooks, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of QuickBooks that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling QuickBooks using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your system.
