How to uninstall QuickBooks from your PC

QuickBooks is a Windows application. How to erase QuickBooks from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

QuickBooks is an application marketed by the software company Intuit Canada ULC. Some users decide to remove this program. This is easier said than done because doing this by hand requires some know-how regarding removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best EASY solution to remove QuickBooks is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and all around tool to take care of your Windows computer.

  • go to Download Link
  • download the program by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with the program's design and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good Windows tool.

3. Press the General Tools category

4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature

5. A list of the applications installed on your computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find QuickBooks or simply click the Search field and type in "QuickBooks". The QuickBooks app will be found automatically. When you click QuickBooks in the list of apps, some information about the application is shown to you:


  • Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other people have about QuickBooks, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information about the program you want to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. accept the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove QuickBooks.

8. After uninstalling QuickBooks, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong QuickBooks which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing QuickBooks with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your PC.
