A way to uninstall QuickBooks from your computer

QuickBooks is a Windows application. How to uninstall QuickBooks with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

QuickBooks is a program marketed by the software company Intuit Canada ULC. Sometimes, computer users try to uninstall this application. This can be efortful because doing this by hand requires some experience regarding Windows program uninstallation. One of the best QUICK practice to uninstall QuickBooks is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and general tool to take care of your Windows PC.

  • navigate to Download Link
  • download the program by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with the program's interface and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful system utility.

3. Click on the General Tools button

4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool

5. A list of the applications existing on your PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find QuickBooks or simply click the Search field and type in "QuickBooks". The QuickBooks application will be found very quickly. Notice that when you select QuickBooks in the list of applications, the following information regarding the application is made available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other people have regarding QuickBooks, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Details regarding the app you want to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will show up. accept the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall QuickBooks.

8. After removing QuickBooks, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of QuickBooks which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing QuickBooks using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your computer.

Your Windows PC will remain clean, speedy and able to take on new tasks.
