How to erase Quicken from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Quicken is a program offered by the software company Quicken. Some users try to remove it. Sometimes this is troublesome because deleting this by hand requires some knowledge regarding Windows program uninstallation. The best QUICK solution to remove Quicken is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and all around tool to maximize the performance of your PC.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good package of utilities.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the applications installed on the PC will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate Quicken or simply click the Search field and type in "Quicken". If it is installed on your PC the Quicken program will be found very quickly. Notice that after you click Quicken in the list of applications, some information regarding the program is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have regarding Quicken, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the program you are about to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for Quicken:

• The publisher is: http://www.quicken.com
• The uninstall string is: MsiExec.exe /X{62D93E3E-2F8E-42BD-9343-896F4F0031D3}

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will show up. accept the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove Quicken.


8. After removing Quicken, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items of Quicken which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling Quicken using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your computer.

Your system will remain clean, speedy and able to run without errors or problems.
