Following the uninstall process, the application leaves some files behind on the PC. Some of these are shown below.

Directories that were found:

• C:\Program Files\RuDesktop
• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\RuDesktop

Generally, the following files are left on disk:

• C:\Program Files\RuDesktop\RuDesktop.exe
• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\RuDesktop\config\RuDesktop.toml
• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\RuDesktop\log\tray\RuDesktop_rCURRENT.log

Generally the following registry data will not be cleaned:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{5325F729-1A11-4254-9398-2FFCFDB0FC77}

Open regedit.exe in order to remove the following values:

How to erase RuDesktop from your PC with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate RuDesktop or simply activate the Search feature and type in "RuDesktop". If it exists on your system the RuDesktop app will be found automatically. Notice that when you click RuDesktop in the list of apps, some data about the program is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about RuDesktop, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details about the program you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. accept the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall RuDesktop.


8. After uninstalling RuDesktop, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong RuDesktop which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing RuDesktop using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your system.
