A way to delete Rufus from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Rufus is a program released by Akeo Consulting. Sometimes, computer users want to uninstall it. This is hard because uninstalling this by hand requires some advanced knowledge related to removing Windows programs manually. The best QUICK procedure to uninstall Rufus is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is the best uninstaller and general tool to take care of your PC.

• download the program by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with the program's design and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful program.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the programs existing on the PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate Rufus or simply activate the Search field and type in "Rufus". The Rufus app will be found automatically. Notice that after you select Rufus in the list of apps, some data regarding the program is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have regarding Rufus, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the app you want to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Rufus.


8. After removing Rufus, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong Rufus that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
