3. Click on the General Tools button

5. A list of the applications installed on your computer will appear
6. Scroll the list of applications until you find SFirm or simply activate the Search field and type in "SFirm". If it is installed on your PC the SFirm app will be found automatically. Notice that after you click SFirm in the list of apps, the following information regarding the program is available to you:
