How to uninstall SalesForce from your computer

The current page applies to SalesForce version 1.0 only. If planning to uninstall SalesForce you should check if the following data is left behind on your PC.

Generally, the following files are left on disk:

• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\Citrix\SelfService\Icons\salesforce_20170316081738.ico
• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\CORP\SMART Applications\SalesForce.lnk

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following keys will not be removed; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:

• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\smartstore-8ef4dd46@@Controller.SalesForce

A way to remove SalesForce from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the applications existing on your PC will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find SalesForce or simply activate the Search feature and type in "SalesForce". If it is installed on your PC the SalesForce program will be found automatically. When you select SalesForce in the list of programs, some data about the program is available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other people have about SalesForce, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the application you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will appear. Confirm the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove SalesForce.


8. After removing SalesForce, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong SalesForce which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
