A way to uninstall ScanSnap Manager from your computer

ScanSnap Manager is a Windows program. Note that you might be prompted for admin rights. ScanSnap Manager's primary file takes around 1.11 MB (1167360 bytes) and is called PfuSsMon.exe.

How to remove ScanSnap Manager from your computer with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

ScanSnap Manager is an application offered by the software company PFU. Sometimes, users try to remove this application. This can be easier said than done because removing this manually takes some know-how regarding Windows program uninstallation. 3. Press the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the applications existing on your computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate ScanSnap Manager or simply activate the Search field and type in "ScanSnap Manager". The ScanSnap Manager program will be found automatically. When you select ScanSnap Manager in the list of apps, some data regarding the application is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have regarding ScanSnap Manager, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the app you are about to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove ScanSnap Manager.


8. After removing ScanSnap Manager, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of ScanSnap Manager which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling ScanSnap Manager with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your disk.
