Shadow Defender has the habit of leaving behind some leftovers.

Folders left behind when you uninstall Shadow Defender:

• C:\Program Files\Shadow Defender
• C:\UserNames\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Shadow Defender

Files remaining:

• C:\UserNames\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\Shadow Defender.lnk
• C:\UserNames\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Shadow Defender\UserName.dat

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following keys will not be cleaned; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{93A07A0D-454E-43d1-86A9-5DE9C5F4411A}
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Shadow Defender

Use regedit.exe to delete the following additional registry values from the Windows Registry:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\{0CBD4F48-3751-475D-BE88-4F271385B672}\ImagePath

How to delete Shadow Defender from your computer with Advanced Uninstaller PRO
