How to uninstall Sibelius from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Sibelius is a program released by Avid Technology. Sometimes, computer users choose to erase it. This can be hard because removing this manually requires some skill regarding Windows internal functioning. The best QUICK way to erase Sibelius is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and general utility to clean your PC.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the program by pressing the DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with the program's interface and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful program.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the programs existing on your computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find Sibelius or simply click the Search field and type in "Sibelius". If it is installed on your PC the Sibelius program will be found automatically. Notice that when you select Sibelius in the list , some data about the application is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have about Sibelius, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details about the program you wish to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for Sibelius:

• The publisher is: http://www.avid.com
• The uninstall string is: MsiExec.exe /X{FE275B13-7FF2-4EA3-A95C-FCC8665DFC2D}

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will come up. Confirm the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove Sibelius.


8. After removing Sibelius, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of Sibelius which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing Sibelius using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your system.
