How to uninstall Skitch from your computer

Some files and registry entries are usually left behind when you uninstall Skitch.

Directories left on disk:

• C:\Program Files (x86)\Evernote\Skitch
• C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Skitch

The files below are left behind on your disk by Skitch's application uninstaller when you removed it:

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following keys will not be cleaned; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:

• HKEY_CURRENT_UserName\Software\Evernote\Skitch
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Evernote Corp.\Skitch
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Tracing\cbsidlm-tr1_13-Skitch_for_Windows-ORG-75835711_RASAPI32

Open regedit.exe in order to delete the following registry values:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Skitch 2.1.1.6\DisplayIcon
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Skitch 2.1.1.6\InstallLocation
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Skitch 2.1.1.6\UninstallString

How to delete Skitch from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO
