The current web page applies to Start10 version 10 only. After the uninstall process, the application leaves some files behind on the computer. Some of these are listed below.

You should delete the folders below after you uninstall Start10:

Generally the following registry data will not be uninstalled:

Open regedit.exe to delete the values below from the Windows Registry:

A way to erase Start10 using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Start10 is an application offered by the software company Stardock. Some people choose to erase this application. This can be difficult because deleting this manually takes some experience related to Windows program uninstallation. The best EASY solution to erase Start10 is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and all around utility to maximize the performance of your computer.

• download the program by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful Windows optimizer.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the programs existing on the computer will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find Start10 or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Start10". The Start10 program will be found very quickly. Notice that after you click Start10 in the list of apps, the following data regarding the program is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other people have regarding Start10, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the app you want to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for Start10:

• The publisher is: http://www.stardock.com/products/start10/
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steam.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will appear. accept the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Start10.


8. After uninstalling Start10, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of Start10 that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling Start10 with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your computer.
