How to uninstall TAPI from your computer

A way to erase TAPI using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

TAPI is a program marketed by Avaya. Some computer users try to erase it. Sometimes this is troublesome because deleting this manually requires some advanced knowledge regarding Windows program uninstallation. One of the best SIMPLE practice to erase TAPI is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and all around utility to clean your PC.

• go to Download Link
• download the program by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with the program's interface and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful package of utilities.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the programs installed on your computer will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find TAPI or simply click the Search feature and type in "TAPI". If it is installed on your PC the TAPI application will be found very quickly. Notice that after you click TAPI in the list of apps, some data about the application is available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have about TAPI, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details about the program you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall TAPI.


8. After uninstalling TAPI, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of TAPI which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling TAPI with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your disk.

Your Windows PC will remain clean, speedy and able to take on new tasks.
