A way to erase Tailscale using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Tailscale is an application offered by Tailscale Inc.. Sometimes, people want to uninstall this program. This can be troublesome because removing this by hand takes some knowledge regarding Windows internal functioning. The best EASY practice to uninstall Tailscale is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and all around tool to take care of your Windows PC.

• download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful package of tools.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the applications existing on the computer will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find Tailscale or simply click the Search field and type in "Tailscale". The Tailscale program will be found very quickly. Notice that after you select Tailscale in the list of apps, some data regarding the program is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have regarding Tailscale, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the program you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. Confirm the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall Tailscale.


8. After removing Tailscale, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of Tailscale that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
