3. Click on the General Tools category
4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool
5. All the applications installed on your computer will be made available to you
6. Scroll the list of applications until you find Throttle or simply click the Search feature and type in "Throttle". If it exists on your system the Throttle app will be found very quickly.
