How to remove Torn from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Torn is a program released by the software company Aspyr. Frequently, people want to erase this program. Sometimes this can be efortful because removing this by hand requires some advanced knowledge related to Windows program uninstallation. One of the best EASY procedure to erase Torn is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and all around tool to clean your PC.

• download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful package of utilities.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the programs installed on your computer will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate Torn or simply click the Search feature and type in "Torn". If it exists on your system the Torn application will be found automatically. When you select Torn in the list , some data regarding the application is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other people have regarding Torn, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the application you want to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for Torn:

• The software company is: https://www.tornvr.com/
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steam.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall Torn.


8. After removing Torn, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong Torn that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
