A way to uninstall Tribler from your PC

Tribler is a computer program. This page holds details on how to uninstall it from your PC. The Windows version was created by The Tribler Team. Go over here for more information on The Tribler Team. Further information about Tribler can be found at http://www.tribler.org. Usually the Tribler application is placed in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Tribler directory, depending on the user's option during setup. The full command line for uninstalling Tribler is C:\Program Files (x86)\Tribler\Uninstall.exe. Note that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you might receive a notification for administrator rights. The program's main executable file is titled tribler.exe and occupies 82.47 KB (84448 bytes).

A way to remove Tribler from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Tribler is a program marketed by The Tribler Team. Some people decide to remove this application. This can be efortful because deleting this by hand takes some know-how regarding Windows internal functioning. The best SIMPLE way to remove Tribler is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows PC, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and all around utility to maximize the performance of your Windows computer.

• go to Download Link
• download the program by clicking on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good system utility.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the applications existing on the PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate Tribler or simply click the Search feature and type in "Tribler". If it exists on your system the Tribler app will be found very quickly. When you click Tribler in the list of programs, some information regarding the program is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other users have regarding Tribler, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the application you want to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

For example you can see that for Tribler:

• The web site of the application is: http://www.tribler.org
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Tribler\Uninstall.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will appear. Confirm the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall Tribler.


8. After uninstalling Tribler, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of Tribler which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling Tribler with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your computer.

Your system will remain clean, speedy and able to take on new tasks.
