How to uninstall Ubisoft Connect from your system

Ubisoft Connect has the habit of leaving behind some leftovers.

The files below remain on your disk by Ubisoft Connect's application uninstaller when you removed it:

• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Ubisoft\UbisoftConnect\Ubisoft Connect.lnk

Registry keys:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Uplay

Open regedit.exe to delete the values below from the Windows Registry:

A way to uninstall Ubisoft Connect from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Ubisoft Connect is a program released by Ubisoft. Some people decide to erase it. This can be efortful because performing this by hand takes some advanced knowledge related to Windows internal functioning. The best QUICK approach to erase Ubisoft Connect is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows PC, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and general utility to optimize your Windows system.

• download the program by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the programs installed on your computer will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find Ubisoft Connect or simply activate the Search field and type in "Ubisoft Connect". If it exists on your system the Ubisoft Connect application will be found automatically. Notice that when you select Ubisoft Connect in the list of programs, some information about the application is available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other people have about Ubisoft Connect, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the application you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. accept the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove Ubisoft Connect.


8. After uninstalling Ubisoft Connect, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong Ubisoft Connect that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By removing Ubisoft Connect with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your disk.
