How to uninstall Uplay from your PC

Uplay is a software application. When planning to uninstall Uplay you should check if the following data is left behind on your PC.

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following data will not be cleaned; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:

• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\uplay
• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Ubisoft\Uplay
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Uplay

A way to erase Uplay using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Uplay is a program marketed by the software company Ubisoft. Some computer users choose to remove this program. Sometimes this can be easier said than done because removing this manually takes some skill related to removing Windows programs manually. • download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful package of tools.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the programs installed on your computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find Uplay or simply click the Search field and type in "Uplay". If it is installed on your PC the Uplay app will be found very quickly. When you click Uplay in the list of applications, the following information about the application is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have about Uplay, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the application you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. Confirm the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove Uplay.


8. After removing Uplay, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong Uplay which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling Uplay using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your computer.

Your system will remain clean, speedy and able to run without errors or problems.
