How to uninstall Uplay from your system

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following keys will not be removed; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:

• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\uplay
• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Ubisoft\Uplay
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Uplay

How to uninstall Uplay using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Uplay is a program by Ubisoft. Frequently, people decide to erase this program. This can be troublesome because uninstalling this by hand takes some skill regarding removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best EASY procedure to erase Uplay is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and general utility to clean your computer.

• download the program by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good system optimizer.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the applications existing on your PC will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find Uplay or simply activate the Search field and type in "Uplay". If it exists on your system the Uplay application will be found automatically. Notice that after you select Uplay in the list of applications, some information regarding the program is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other users have regarding Uplay, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the application you are about to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will show up. Confirm the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Uplay.


8. After uninstalling Uplay, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong Uplay that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling Uplay with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your computer.

Your system will remain clean, speedy and ready to run without errors or problems.
