How to remove VMware Player using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

VMware Player is a program marketed by the software company VMware, Inc.. Some users choose to uninstall it. This can be efortful because performing this by hand takes some know-how regarding PCs. One of the best SIMPLE manner to uninstall VMware Player is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and all around utility to optimize your system.

• download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful program.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the programs installed on the computer will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate VMware Player or simply activate the Search field and type in "VMware Player". The VMware Player program will be found very quickly. Notice that after you select VMware Player in the list of programs, the following data about the program is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have about VMware Player, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details about the program you wish to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will show up. Confirm the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall VMware Player.


8. After uninstalling VMware Player, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items of VMware Player which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
