A guide to uninstall VantagePoint from your system

VantagePoint is a software application. Keep in mind that this path can differ depending on the user's decision. You can remove VantagePoint by clicking on the Start menu of Windows and pasting the command line C:\Program Files\InstallShield Installation Information\{1D21ED4F-3C5E-45C3-9795-8C8CB2AB31DC}\setup.exe. Keep in mind that you might be prompted for admin rights. The program's main executable file occupies 4.08 MB (4280320 bytes) on disk and is titled VantagePoint.exe.

VantagePoint installs the following the executables on your PC, taking about 6.17 MB (6471616 bytes) on disk.

How to erase VantagePoint from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

VantagePoint is an application by the software company Magellan Navigation, Inc.. Sometimes, people try to erase this program. Sometimes this can be difficult because deleting this by hand takes some skill related to Windows program uninstallation. The best SIMPLE procedure to erase VantagePoint is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and all around tool to maximize the performance of your computer.

  • navigate to Download Link
  • download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with the program's interface and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful package of utilities.

3. Press the General Tools button

4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button

5. A list of the programs installed on your computer will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate VantagePoint or simply click the Search feature and type in "VantagePoint". If it is installed on your PC the VantagePoint program will be found very quickly. Notice that when you select VantagePoint in the list , some data about the program is made available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have about VantagePoint, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information about the app you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

All the items that belong VantagePoint that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By removing VantagePoint using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your system.
