How to uninstall VelocityX from your computer

VelocityX is a Windows application. If you are manually uninstalling VelocityX we suggest you to verify if the following data is left behind on your PC.

Folders remaining:

• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\PNY\VelocityX

Check for and remove the following files from your disk when you uninstall VelocityX:

• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\PNY\VelocityX\VelocityX.lnk

Registry that is not cleaned:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\PNY VelocityX

Supplementary values that are not removed:

• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\MuiCache\C:\Users\UserName\Downloads\velocityx_v0.1.2.5.exe.FriendlyAppName

A way to remove VelocityX with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

VelocityX is a program released by the software company PNY Technologies, Inc.. Sometimes, users try to erase this program. 3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the programs installed on your computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find VelocityX or simply click the Search feature and type in "VelocityX". The VelocityX app will be found very quickly. Notice that after you select VelocityX in the list of apps, the following information regarding the program is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have regarding VelocityX, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the application you want to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will show up. accept the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall VelocityX.


8. After uninstalling VelocityX, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of VelocityX that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling VelocityX with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your PC.

Your Windows PC will remain clean, speedy and ready to take on new tasks.
