A guide to uninstall Vortex from your computer

Vortex is a Windows program. If you are manually uninstalling Vortex we recommend you to verify if the following data is left behind on your PC.

Folders remaining:

Use regedit.exe to remove the following additional values from the Windows Registry:

• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\MuiCache\C:\Games\Vortex\Vortex.exe.ApplicationCompany
• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\MuiCache\C:\Games\Vortex\Vortex.exe.FriendlyAppName

A way to delete Vortex with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Vortex is an application by Black Tree Gaming Ltd.. Some users choose to uninstall this program. Sometimes this is difficult because uninstalling this by hand requires some knowledge related to PCs. 6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate Vortex or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Vortex". If it is installed on your PC the Vortex app will be found automatically. When you click Vortex in the list , the following data about the application is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other people have about Vortex, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details about the app you want to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. Confirm the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall Vortex.


8. After removing Vortex, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong Vortex that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
