A considerable amount of files, folders and Windows registry data can not be deleted when you remove WhatsApp from your PC.

Open regedit.exe in order to delete the following registry values:

• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\MuiCache\C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\WhatsApp\WhatsApp.exe.ApplicationCompany
• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\MuiCache\C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\WhatsApp\WhatsApp.exe.FriendlyAppName
