WinHex is a Windows application. WinHex installs the following the executables on your PC, taking about 4.26 MB (4469169 bytes) on disk.

• setup.exe (36.50 KB)
• unins000.exe (1.15 MB)
• WinHex.exe (2.43 MB)

How to uninstall WinHex using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

WinHex is an application offered by the software company RePack by Andreyonohov. Some people want to remove this program. This is efortful because uninstalling this manually takes some advanced knowledge related to Windows program uninstallation. The best QUICK procedure to remove WinHex is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and all around utility to maximize the performance of your Windows PC.

• download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good Windows tool.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the programs existing on your PC will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find WinHex or simply click the Search feature and type in "WinHex". If it is installed on your PC the WinHex application will be found automatically. Notice that when you select WinHex in the list , the following information regarding the program is available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have regarding WinHex, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the application you wish to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

For example you can see that for WinHex:

• The publisher is: http://www.x-ways.net/winhex/index-m.html
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\WinHex\unins000.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will appear. Confirm the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall WinHex.


8. After removing WinHex, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of WinHex which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling WinHex with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry items, files or directories are left behind on your disk.

Your computer will remain clean, speedy and able to run without errors or problems.
