How to erase WinRAR using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

WinRAR is a program offered by the software company Alexander Roshal. Frequently, computer users decide to erase it. This is troublesome because doing this by hand takes some knowledge regarding removing Windows programs manually. The best SIMPLE action to erase WinRAR is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and general utility to take care of your Windows PC.

  • download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful system optimizer.

3. Click on the General Tools button

4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature

5. All the applications existing on your PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate WinRAR or simply activate the Search field and type in "WinRAR". If it exists on your system the WinRAR program will be found automatically. After you select WinRAR in the list of programs, the following data regarding the application is made available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other people have regarding WinRAR, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information regarding the program you wish to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. Confirm the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall WinRAR.

8. After uninstalling WinRAR, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of WinRAR that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them.
