A way to remove WindowManager with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

WindowManager is a program offered by the software company DeskSoft. Frequently, users choose to remove it. 5. All the applications existing on the computer will appear

Notice that when you click WindowManager in the list of programs, the following information regarding the application is available to you:
