A way to uninstall X-Lite from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

X-Lite is an application marketed by the software company CounterPath Corporation. Some people want to erase this application. This is difficult because uninstalling this manually requires some experience regarding removing Windows programs manually. One of the best SIMPLE procedure to erase X-Lite is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and all around tool to clean your PC.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the applications existing on the PC will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find X-Lite or simply click the Search field and type in "X-Lite". If it is installed on your PC the X-Lite program will be found automatically. Notice that when you click X-Lite in the list of programs, the following information regarding the application is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other users have regarding X-Lite, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".

8. After removing X-Lite, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of X-Lite that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
