A way to remove X-Lite from your computer with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

X-Lite is a program by the software company CounterPath Corporation. Sometimes, computer users want to uninstall this program. Sometimes this can be troublesome because performing this by hand takes some know-how regarding PCs. One of the best SIMPLE practice to uninstall X-Lite is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and all around utility to take care of your system.

• download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to admire the program's interface and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful package of tools.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the programs existing on the PC will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate X-Lite or simply activate the Search feature and type in "X-Lite". If it is installed on your PC the X-Lite program will be found very quickly. When you select X-Lite in the list of applications, the following data regarding the application is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have regarding X-Lite, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the application you want to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. Confirm the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove X-Lite.


8. After uninstalling X-Lite, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of X-Lite which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling X-Lite using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your computer.
