Some files, folders and Windows registry data will not be uninstalled when you remove ZoneAlarm from your PC.

A way to remove ZoneAlarm from your computer with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

ZoneAlarm is a program by Check Point Software. Some people choose to erase it. This can be easier said than done because uninstalling this manually requires some experience related to removing Windows programs manually. The best SIMPLE way to erase ZoneAlarm is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and general tool to clean your computer.

• go to Download Link
• download the program by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good package of utilities.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the programs installed on your computer will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find ZoneAlarm or simply activate the Search field and type in "ZoneAlarm". If it exists on your system the ZoneAlarm app will be found very quickly. When you click ZoneAlarm in the list , some data regarding the program is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have regarding ZoneAlarm, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the application you want to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for ZoneAlarm:

• The web site of the program is: http://www.checkpoint.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\CheckPoint\ZANG\Install\ZANG_Uninstall.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. accept the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove ZoneAlarm.


8. After removing ZoneAlarm, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of ZoneAlarm which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling ZoneAlarm using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your system.

Your PC will remain clean, speedy and able to run without errors or problems.
