A way to delete ZoneAlarm from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO
ZoneAlarm is an application marketed by the software company Check Point Software. Sometimes, users decide to uninstall this program. This is difficult because doing this manually requires some skill related to removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best SIMPLE manner to uninstall ZoneAlarm is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:
1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and all around utility to take care of your computer.

- download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
- install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful system utility.
3. Click on the General Tools category

4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature

5. A list of the applications existing on the computer will be made available to you
6. Scroll the list of applications until you find ZoneAlarm or simply activate the Search feature and type in "ZoneAlarm". The ZoneAlarm app will be found automatically. Notice that when you click ZoneAlarm in the list of programs, some data regarding the program is available to you:
- Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other people have regarding ZoneAlarm, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
- Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
- Technical information regarding the application you wish to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.
For instance you can see that for ZoneAlarm:
- The web site of the program is: http://www.checkpoint.com
- The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\CheckPoint\ZANG\Install\ZANG_Uninstall.exe
7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. accept the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall ZoneAlarm.

8. After removing ZoneAlarm, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong ZoneAlarm that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By removing ZoneAlarm with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your system.
Your Windows computer will remain clean, speedy and ready to serve you properly.
