Use regedit.exe to manually remove from the Windows Registry the keys below:- HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.aa\OpenWithList\iTunes.exe
- HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.aax\OpenWithList\iTunes.exe
- HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.aif
- HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.cda
Open regedit.exe in order to remove the following registry values:- HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Applications\iTunes.exe\DefaultIcon\
- HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Applications\iTunes.exe\shell\open\command\
- HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Applications\iTunes.exe\shell\play\command\
- HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AudioCD\shell\play\command\
A way to uninstall iTunes from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

After you select iTunes in the list of applications, the following information about the program is available to you:
