3. Press the General Tools category
4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button
5. All the programs existing on your PC will be made available to you
6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate ritePen or simply click the Search feature and type in "ritePen". The ritePen app will be found very quickly. Notice that when you click ritePen in the list of applications, the following information regarding the program is made available to you:
- Star rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other users have regarding ritePen, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
- Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
- Technical information regarding the program you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

All the items that belong ritePen which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
